ListRodeo, a product of Atypical Artifacts LLC ("Atypical Artifacts," "we," "us"), is a tool for resellers who list on eBay. This site is our brand page and waitlist. The short version

Right now this site does one thing: it lets you leave your email address to join our waitlist. We collect that email and basic request logs. We use your email only to send you early-access updates about ListRodeo, including the founding offer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your address with anyone. You can ask us to remove it at any time. ListRodeo is for adults 18 and older, based in the United States.

What we collect

• Your waitlist email. The email address you enter in the waitlist form, plus the date you joined and which page you came from.
• Basic usage data. Standard request logs, such as IP address and timestamps, that our infrastructure records to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To send you early-access updates about ListRodeo, including the founding offer.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share your email with anyone outside the providers that host this site for us. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the site:

• Infrastructure providers, the third-party hosting services we use to run the site and store the waitlist.
• Others, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the site.

We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We do not name individual vendors here; if you need a list of the categories of providers we use, contact us.

Where it lives and how it is protected

Your data is stored with our cloud infrastructure providers, and access is restricted to the systems that operate the site. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

Data breaches

If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, without unreasonable delay.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails are kept until early access opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to remove your address, whichever comes first.
• Deletion requests are honored within 30 days of your request.
• Usage logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights and choices

• Access or delete. Request a copy or deletion of your data by email.
• Leave the waitlist. Ask us to remove your email at any time and we will.

We respond to requests within a reasonable time and will tell you if we need to verify your identity first.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is required.

Who can use ListRodeo

ListRodeo is a tool for sellers and is intended only for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children. The site is intended for users in the United States; we do not currently offer the service in the EU or UK.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
