The lister

Get first crack when the chute opens.

The paid part of ListRodeo, the one that turns a photographed pile into eBay listings, is still being built. Nothing is open, nothing is for sale, and there is no account to set up. Leave an email and we will come find you when the gate swings.

Get on the list

What the lister does

  1. Shoot the pile

Photograph your inventory with the phone in your pocket. One shot per item, as fast as you can shoot.

  2. Look it over

Titles and details come back for your review. Nothing goes out until you clear it, and anything the tool is unsure about gets held for a look instead.

  3. Post to your own account

What you cleared goes up on eBay under your own seller account, ready for buyers.

Two ways through, depending on the pile in front of you. Herd Lister for a box of the same thing. Roundup Lister for a mixed shoebox where no two items match.See both ways to list.

What it will cost

One flat monthly price, all in, and it is never metered. No per-listing fee, no tiers to climb, no bill that grows because you had a good week. We will publish the number plainly before we ask anybody for it.

Where it stands right now

We are building. The event board and the writing come first, because those are worth something to a working reseller whether or not they ever pay us anything. The lister follows.

When it opens, it opens to this list first, in small groups, so we can watch it work before the whole herd comes through. We are not putting a date on it. A date we miss is worse than no date at all.

One thing that will not change on the way: when the tool is not sure about an item, it stops and asks you instead of posting and hoping. There is more on how we handle your account on the safety page.

What your email gets you

A note when the gate opens, and the early-access details for founding members. Nothing else. No newsletter you did not ask for, and we do not hand your address to anybody. The privacy policy says the same thing at length.

Saddle up for early access.

Leave your email and we'll let you know when the gate opens, plus early-access details for founding members. No spam beyond that, and no sharing your address with anyone.
